Participation in your child's school life at NCS is a key ingredient for a successful educational experience.  Our parent-teacher-association is the Norlina Parent Teacher Organization (NPTO) and consists of parents, teachers and school staff who desire to work for the excellence through service to our school.  It provides parents with opportunities to become involved in important projects and activities.

The objectives of the NPTO are:

     To provide a forum for the NCS parents and teachers to meet together to promote better communication and to share in Christian fellowship;

     To provide ongoing education for parents and others as to the philosophy, ideals, and goals of Christian education;

     To coordinate school fund-raisers which provide revenues for otherwise unbudgeted items or services for the academic and athletic programs;

     To provide an opportunity for students to perform and otherwise demonstrate special skills learned during the year, and;

     To stimulate participation, attendance, and excellence in our athletic program.
