Norlina Christian School has been in existence for over twenty years and has been known in the community for its high academic standards. Our teachers are dedicated to quality education of not only academic skills, but skills in living. NCS is accredited by the Commission International for Schools, Colleges, and Theological Seminaries, the North Carolina Commission for Non-Public Education, and a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) .

Our purpose is to provide a first class learning environment that is marked by academic excellence, athletic programs, extracurricular activities, and a strong commitment to Biblical teaching.

We are a College-prep school with special programs for academically gifted as well as academically at risk students. We also have year-round sports.

It is critical that our educational ministry to our students be well-rounded: introducing them to the redeeming work of Jesus Christ, helping them to appreciate the inherent value God has placed in each of them and others, inspiring them to achieve academic excellence, and enabling them to assume their proper roles in creation as those that bear the image of God and exercise dominion over God's world.
